Wer hätte gedacht, dass die Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles bereits ein Viertel Jahrhundert auf ihrem gepanzerten Buckel haben. Damit sind sie eigentlich auch für den Titel Teenager nicht mehr qualifiziert.

Gott sei dank sind die Kröten aber jung geblieben und kämpfen nun auf dem Handy gegen das Böse. Dieses Spiel basiert auf der bisher nicht ausgestrahlten 12-teiligen TMnT TV-Serie "The Ninja Tribunal".

Es handelt sich allerdings nicht um ein Prügelspiel oder Jump and Run. Die Programmierer haben sich entschlossen, das Spiel als eine Mischung zwischen Adventure und Strategie heraus zu bringen.

Die meiste Zeit bei TMNT: The Ninja Tribunal verbringen Sie im Adventure Mode, z.B. wenn Sie Gegenden erkunden oder mit Charakteren interagieren.

Die Kämpfe funktionieren wie bei klassischen Rollenspielen, d. h. nacheinander und mit verschiedenen Angriffen. Um dabei siegreich zu bleiben, müssen die Schildkröten Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo und Raphael auch zusammen arbeiten.
